  • I boil down all the materials until Thick appears on fire.

Ingredients: 2 servings

600ml water
Three pieces of 5cm kombu
10g tea-leaves
Amberjack to taste

Lettuce  to taste

*I soak it and hang down (Teriyaki ginger source)

 

The seasoning

2 tablespoon Soy sauce
2 tablespoon Liquor
2 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Sweet sake
1 tablespoon Ginger (keep grated)
